I have a collection of journals. If i do a search in this collection on atonement, am I able to save selected hits from this search to a read later list?

Not formally.
But dragging the desired headers to favorites would work.

Thanks. Appreciate the input! I'm unable to drag headers from search results to favorites on my end (maybe I'm doing something wrong). I can, however, select the header of a hit to open the resource and then once the resource is open I can drag that window to favorites. Better than nothing, but seems like this process should be more efficient.

You're right. I wonder when that disappeared. It acts correctly, but doesn't save the favorite.

You could also use a bibliography document. You can drag and drop the headers from the search results and when you double click on the bibliographic entry it will take you direct to that header. It even works if you have two or more headers from the same article.

Morgan, thanks for the feedback. My experience differs from yours. I'm unable to drag and drop a header from a search into a bibliography document. I can drag an open resource into a bibliography document and I can drag a link in favorites to a bibliography document, but I'm unable to drag and drop a header from a search into a bibliography document. Also, something I didn't mention previously, I would want to be able to access the end result both on the desktop and in mobile. I haven't used bibliography documents before, so I might be overlooking it, but I didn't see the bibliography document I created on my desktop on my iPad. I'm using Logos version 9.15.0.0005.

Yes sir!
General search, select your collection, get the results, and drag and drop as shown below. You can close all the windows, kill the process of Logos, close your eyes, and your search will be right there for future reference!
