The download link in the email inviting me to take part loads Verbum9. I was endeavoring to install Verbum10 as a side by side application. I have a stable Logos9 running with up to date Windows 10.

The file name is VerbumSetup.exe and the version is 10.0.0.142 with a modification date of 24/07/2022 12:31.

I am late responding to the invitation for reasons outside my control. It was sent 10 days ago.

    Welcome Robert! [:)]

I don't work for FL and don't have a copy of the letter you were sent. However, I am also beta testing the L10 app.

Sometimes when you beta test, you have to join a FL group to gain the necessary credentials. Was there anything like that stated in the email?

Also, to clarify: You state that the link was to V9, but that the "file name" was 10.x. When you open and run the app is that the number you are seeing? What makes you think it is V9 if the file name is 10.x? (I am a Mac user, so this may be a lack of understanding on my part about Windows).

It may be that we need to get in touch with FL to assist you... but that would likely have to occur on Monday, west coast time.

The Verbum 10 app still has a Verbum 9 splashscreen. Changing the splash screen tends to be one of the last things we do before the app is released.

Hi Robert, are you still experiencing an issue with downloading Verbum 10? As Mark mentioned above, the splash screen may still say Verbum 9 (though this has just been updated). The best way to know if you are on Verbum 10 is if you see the icons vertically placed on the left side. Are you seeing this?
