Logos will not open

Hey all,
My Logos will not open. I even redownloaded Logos on my desktop twice and the start up screen pops up but then it goes away. The app is on the screen but I cannot access it. I am using the online browser which works but not as fast or convenient. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Which operating system are you using?
Please enable diagnostic logging and upload a logfile after a failed start attempt (please use the paperclip icon in the forum editor)
