Text comparison verse map failure? aka screen to chair interface failure

I know that the text comparison tool requires that the reference occur in the first resource to display. I carefully met that requirement but still failed to generate the usual comparison. I'm rather certain that it has worked within the past year. Passage is NRSV 2 Esdras 1:4-11.
