The addressee labels come with reverse interlinear tagging, which they haven't produced yet. So yes, it will have to come later.

Technically, yes.
Those features require additional datasets for the resource. If you have a FC subscription, then it would likely be provided to you as a part of your membership.
I have no idea if this resource will end up with it or not.
