Problems with sync

I am having a problem with sync where it spins for a while and then changes to the red exclamation point.
Logs are attached.

I am likewise having the same issue. Also attached logs. The error appears to be related to the database which is always a scary error to see. Especially scary when people are required to preach tomorrow and cannot access their sermons.
