Anyone else having issues with orders shipping and no email warning?
This shipped today and didn't show in my prepub list at the top nor do I remember getting an email about it shipping soon.

I should note this doesn't happen very often but does seem to happen with Lexham Press titles. Most orders I get my email ahead of time and it is at the top of my prepub list when I sort by progress.

This was showing in my pre-pubs a few weeks ago and then disappeared. It arrived today without warning and I checked this morning. It was not showing. Something is wrong in the pre-pub list.

Same item. Same issue: I received no email........How be FL Uncharge my card + let me keep the item?? This would be an incentive for the to do better.
