Syncing Sermons to Proclaim on Sunday Morning is not working!

I am having trouble syncing my sermon slides to Proclaim on Sunday mornings. It works every other time of the day/week. I feels like a server overload issue, but the I need the software to work on Sunday morning or it's not worth having!

So I open a sermon on Sunday AM at 8:30 mountain time to go over a few changes and just look it over before I send it to Proclaim, but on Sunday mornings the slides in Logos will not load, and therefore cannot be be sent to Proclaim. I must admit, I'm writing this post in desperation because I'm supposed to preach in a little while, but my slides will not work!

Any help out there?

Hi Stephen - and welcome to the forums, but sorry to hear you are having such problems.

Is it that this doesn’t work each Sunday morning or just an issue this morning?

I know there was some capacity issues with Proclaim over the previous few weeks but I thought they had been addressed.

But from your description it sounds like it is a Logos issue (and not a Proclaim one) as the slides in Logos itself don’t populate. Is that the case?

If you switch to Slides view in Sermon Builder, does that cause them to appear? I have seen that sometimes.

I did switch the slide style to correct the issue this morning. I actually just switched to the same style as before an they updated. It did look just like the server issues that you mentioned before, but I was able to get up and running.
