Windows - Logos opens as a floating window I can't move

When I open the program, it opens as a window on the left side of my screen, and all I can see is the "X" and the three-dot options. I can't drag it onto my screen because the only accessible portion of the window is "close". I can use the app online, but I need to use it without internet too. I'd rather not uninstall my 10 gigs. How can I move or maximize the window? Also, I'm not computer illiterate. No other program does this. I'm on an MSI, non-touchscreen laptop. i7

If you press the Alt Key (hold it down), then press space bar, then release space bar, then release alt key, then press m, you should be able to use your arrow keys.
Alt + Space calls up the Window Menu, selecting M will choose Move.
You can then use the arrow keys and once in a place where you can use your mouse, you can hit 'Enter' to drop the window there.

Try: With the Logos window selected, you can do this by holding down the Alt key (left of the space bar) while tapping the Tab key (left of the 'Q' key) to scroll through the open programs and select one. Then press and hold the Windows/Start key (left of the Alt Key) while tapping the 'Up arrow' key to cycle through to full screen size (the other arrow keys move and resize the window in different ways). - hope that helps.

Thank you! ALT+Space is one I'm keeping my back pocket from now on.
