When opening an image in an 'image-only' resource, you can't save the image by right-clicking. (By 'image-only' resource, I mean resources like Images from The People's Bible Encyclopedia: Biographical, Geographical, Historical, and Doctrinal, or 1000 Bible Images.) However, when opening an image in a normal resource you can 'save as'. That's a bug. But also a minor feature request: Print/Export in an image-only resource should allow you to save just the image as JPEG.
