Attention Kyle: Heaven by Randy Alcorn Badly Done

I just finished listening to the audiobook version of this book, so I purchased the faithlife ebook version to study it slowly and take notes, but the ebook version did not get converted properly. It has too many errors. See picture below ⬇️ The same errors are present everywhere to the point it makes the book hard to read and enjoy. I hope this can be fixed soon or be made into a Logos version instead of ebook. Meanwhile, I think I’ll be returning it unless it gets fixed sooner rather than later. Thank you!

If only you had the highly sought after Gobbledegook Stone (discovered 3.2 km northwest of the small village of Rashid).

I see this in my copy of the eBook - but only on mobile. The display on the desktop is fine. It seems to be a font issue (I tried several of the weird fonts on my mobile, but they couldn't display it properly).
Have joy in the Lord!

Thanks, but too late! I have already returned the book. I’ll buy it again when it gets fixed and turned into a Logos readers or research edition. For now I will settle for my audiobook copy in English and my Spanish version of the book which was done better as an actual Logos research edition.

Ps. I wonder what happened to the lady that used to answer the phone, I think Sarah was her name. It’s been a while but every time I’ve called the last few times I get an automated system. They should include an option for returns to make it easier on the customers who want to return an item. anyway I hope the lady didn’t get laid off.

I used to be a regular for the refund team ... books that didn't download, etc. I haven't refunded in ages (weeks?) .... I take fewer chances, and repeatedly cull my prepubs too. Personally, I like the Amazon system ... delete/refund from my Kindle. I always feel guilty, it's so convenient. Buying a lot more Kindle these days, strangely.
Maybe Sarah got reassigned, hopefully.

Well, there was an update today and at least to me it seems fully fixed on the Android mobile platform I use.
The associate that processed the return said he would report the issue also. I’m glad is fixed (hopefully)! It’s on my wishlist for now.
