Reading Panel on my de PC

When I open my daily devotional reading card logos open the panel book on the right side of the screen, how can I make to open in the left side of the screen. I am wearing only the devotional no companion book or link the right side is empty and I like this way and if I use the reading view is too wide for me and constantly lost where I am in the text line, can you help me please, I try the most simple layout but won't work always open to the right side.

You can't. You can click and drag a resource from the library where you want. You can create a layout and save it so that everything is where you want it.
