Floating Panel Beta 4

When I float the panel on the Nelson New Illustrated Bible Commentary and begin to scroll, the text moves to the extreme right and I am unable to read the commentary.  The error happened when I entered Titus 1.5-9 in the passage guide.  Also, scrolling under the exegetical guide is not smooth.

Smooth scrolling issues will be addressed through future releases. However, I am unable to reproduce the text moving to the extreme right. I have both opened the resources and then floated it, as well as opened the resource floating directly from the My Library panel. Is it still behaving this way or was it a one shot deal? If you can reproduce the error, could you grab logs (instructions are linked from my signature) and perhaps a screenshot I'd like to see what is going on.
