Hello.

I just bought the Standard Lesson Commentary for 2022-2023. I logged on, only to discover the online version access that came with my book is 2021-2022. When I checked 2022-2023, I see the prompt to pay. Can you support please? I expect I'm to have 2022-2023 with the recent book.

I just bought the Standard Lesson Commentary for 2022-2023.

To clarify: One of these two items should show as owned when you visit the page. Is that correct? Which one?

When I checked 2022-2023, I see the prompt to pay.

I am unsure what you mean. If you mean that the two links above show as unowned, then it indicates that you did not purchase it in the first place. If you think that is incorrect, check your records to find the purchase.

    Hello.

None of the 2 links show that I own this. I didn't buy online - I bought a hard copy that has on the cover that it comes with online access. It comes with a code for the online access on the first page. After entering the code, I see 2021 and earlier versions but not 2022-2023 commentary. I still have the book here and I didn't purchase it online - so, I don't have a reference as to my purchase history. Can you support please?

Are you looking for the Standard Publishing online supplements? those are at www.standardlesson.com not Logos. IIRC the hard copy doesn't come with any Faithlife access.

Hi. I'm looking for the Standard Lesson Commentary from Logos Basic Library. Below is the first page from the hard copy I bought. I followed these instructions and I can only see 2021 and earlier. There are 2 hard copies - one without digital access and the one I bought, which is more expensive because of the digital access. I have looked in www.standardlesson.com and it's not available with my code there either. Any help will be appreciated please. I want the digital access because I love using it when I travel since the book is bulky.

I posted a picture of the specific instruction to go to Logos and use the code to access the Commentary but I see it's not showing after posting. I think I can't post pictures.

    I think I can't post pictures.

You must use the paperclip or the Amber icon beside it to insert a picture.

I'm looking for the Standard Lesson Commentary from Logos Basic Library.

But you've already told us that you did not purchase the Logos version of the Standard Lesson Commentary 2022-2023. You are apparently attempting to do this:

[quote]The Deluxe Edition features online and downloadable access for the Standard Lesson eCommentary through FaithLife’s Logos Bible Software. This includes the full text of the Standard Lesson Commentary (both KJV and NIV® editions) as well as:

    • PowerPoint® presentations
    • Full text of the KJV Bible
    • Full-color visual resources
    • Student activity reproducible pages
    • Quarterly quiz
    • More than a dozen additional helps and resources

I would expect the hard copy to provide directions to "purchase" the resource on logos.com using the code to make the purchase free. It will then show up in your library with the additional features.

David C Cook appear to have printed the wrong code in their book. My understanding is that they are aware of the issue, and if you contact them, they should be able to provide you with the correct code.
