1. The Audio Greek New Testament 'karaoke' feature wasn't working with the Nestle-Aland Greek New Testament, 28th Edition
and
2. English Standard Version Audio, 'ESV Audio' would not play and gave me an error message

These are the steps I took (after researching) and resolved both issues:

Step 1: Install Windows Media Player via 'Settings':
(see YouTube video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLGArkOx3Lc)
On Windows 11
Go to 'Settings'
Select 'Apps' on the left menu
On the right side Select - 'Optional Features'
Find 'Add an Optional Feature' at the top, Select 'View Features'
In the search window that appears, type 'media player' (it will show up on the menu)
'Check' the box next to it, then hit 'Next'
Select 'Install' to perform the installation

Step 2: Check 'Control Panel' for Media Player:

On Windows 11
Go to the 'Search Bar' (magnifying glass on task bar) and type 'Control Panel'
Once that comes up select 'Programs and Features'
On the Left side, Select 'Turn Windows Features on or off'
Another window will pop-up showing features that are on/off
Make sure 'Media Features' has a check mark, then hit the '+' sign next to it
Make sure you see 'Windows Media Player' and that it also has a check mark
Hit 'ok' if you made changes, hit 'cancel' if the 2 check marks are already active

Once both steps are done, reboot and test out the Logos 'Audio Greek NT' with a Greek NT:
Open both modules, and in the Greek NT Bible hit 'ctrl+r' and you should see the 'karoke' mark and hear the accompanying audio.
Do the same with the 'English Standard Version Audio' with the 'ESV Bible'.
