Need help with Aramaic Targum translation

This verse is Ezekiel 3:12 from the Aramaic Targum Jonathan to the Prophets.

12 וּנטַלַתנִי רוּחָא וּשמַעִית בָתְרַי קָל זְיָע סַגִי דִמשַבְחִין וְאָמְרִין בְרִיך יְקָרָא דַיוי מֵאֲתַר בֵית שְכִינְתֵיה׃

Does anyone have an English translation of the targums or can anyone read Aramaic and tell me what this verse says?
