B5 Crash on startup

I ran L4B5 update this morning and upon start both before and after the update L4 crashed. I tried starting to blank layout and still have the crash. I rarely run L4 on this machine, as I have a Mac Laptop with both L4Mac and L4Win on Parallels. I use L4Mac 99.9% of the time.I was only running it this morning to look at the latest features. I remember having some inconsistencies last time I ran this machine with the shortcuts on the shortcut bar not being the same. I noticed somethings in these logs about this as well. So that may be leading to the problem. Logs attached.

I renamed the shortcuts file with a '.old' extension. L4 started up with no shortcuts, got only one shortcut synced back (help file), and then crashed.

A bug in both the Windows and Mac sides means that shortcuts data is incompatible between the two platforms. If you've created shortcuts on Mac, the Windows product will crash when it syncs those shortcuts; there is no workaround. (At the moment, I think it's safe to create shortcuts on Windows and then use them on Mac.)

Would it happen to be the 'show help' that is the 'show stopper'?

I deleted all the shortcuts on L4Mac and manually synced.

I deleted the .db file again on the L4Win and it started without crashing.

I created shortcuts on the L4Win starting with the Biblical Persons, Places and Things.

I created Facilitate Serendipitous Discovery shortcut.

I created Show Help...bang...crash.

I restarted L4Win and all shortcuts were there but the help.

I manually synced L4Mac and all shortcuts were there except 'show help'.

There are probably a number of different guides/reports/commands that are problematic; I don't have a full list. Shortcuts to resources & web pages are probably OK, though.
