Problem copying from resource in Logos and pasting into OneNote
Pasting directly from Logos into OneNote loses source formatting and appears as plain text instead. But if I paste into Word first, where all the source formatting is preserved, and then copy that and paste it into OneNote, all the source formatting is preserved. If the source contains footnotes, those are also lost unless I first paste and then copy using Word. Although the final resource citation is pasted in both cases.
However, OneNote keeps source formatting when text from Word or websites are pasted.
I have a new Windows computer recently with a fresh install of Logos, and had hoped that this problem wouldn't have carried over from my old PC to the new one.
Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Any suggestions?

Could this be something you need to go check over in OneNote's settings?

I'm not sure. I don't know of any settings other than changing the default paste option - selecting the option to preserve source formatting doesn't work. Is this just something I experience? Do others have the same problem?

It is buggy for me, too. Sometimes the first paste does not include footnotes, and pasted scripture text results in spaces between words vanishing. Here is a recent example:
That's interesting Brad. Do you find that spaces are missing when copying from Logos into OneNote?
I don't have problems of missing spaces when pasting from Logos. However, I find that that is a very common problem when copying and pasting from PDFs (possibly due to OCR or layout issues where text is made up of multiple blocks of words spaced apart as if they had space characters, instead of long blocks of text with spaces between words being effected by space characters instead).

Yes, John, that example above was copied from Logos 9 and pasted into OneNote for Mac version 16.54. When I paste the same content into MS Word for Mac the spaces remain where they should be.
