Making a Koine Greek Vocabulary List

Is there any way to make a vocabulary list for a particular book of the Bible (Romans) for all Koine Greek words that occur 20 times or less in the whole New Testament? I'm wanting to exclude common words like kai as well as words that occur infrequently in Romans but frequently enough through the rest of the New Testament (for instance, adelphos occurs 19 times in Romans but 342 in the whole New Testament, so I'm wanting to exclude it).

The conventional approach (preferably with a fast drive and CPU) using a Greek bible:-

• Create a Word List for Mt-Act
• Create a Word List for 1 Cor-Rev
• Create a Word List for Romans
• Merge (Intersection) the first list with Romans
• Merge (Intersection) the resulting list with the second list
• now you have a merged list with total occurrences (Count) of the lemmas in Romans.
• Sort the resulting list by Count
• Remove all entries with a count of 21 or higher (which will include "common words").
