Dark Mode...Is it my imagination or...??

Has anyone else noticed that the Dark mode interface feels faster than Light mode? Or is it my imagination? It feels more responsive, things feel like they happen faster when I click things.

Would there be a reason for the Dark mode interface to be faster than Light mode? Is that even possible?

Too bad I can't use Dark mode too long because it causes eye strain for me.
