Bug: Delete Unlicensed Resources
I have some books left over from an old subscription and ran the "Delete Unlicensed Resources" command. After pressing enter, the tool appeared to run because a yellow ribbon showed and disappeared very quickly.
The books were removed from the hard drive, however, they still show in my library.
I have attached logs and a screenshot.
Thanks,
Rick
EDIT: The two temporary resources showing as still being on the device are legitimate. I still have license for them. The other 84 will not stop showing in my library.

Did you restart the app? Your computer?
Yes, both of them multiple times.
And when you click on these resources, they do not open for you?
No, it says that I don't have permission to view the book.

I tried finding a source on my installation which was unlicensed.... I could not find one, so unfortunately I can't run the command to check.
If your goal is to simply get rid of them, here is what I would suggest:
- "Hide" these resources. Restart your computer.
- Run the "delete" command again.
- Unhide the resources.
- Restart your computer.
If all goes well, they will be gone and not redownload.

Thank you. I will give that a try.

Unfortunately, after restarting the computer the last time and opening Logos, they appear in my library again. They did not download but are showing in the library.
I'd really rather not hide all of them because if I buy any of them in the future, I am sure that I will forget that they are hidden and end up banging my head on the desk wondering why they aren't showing in the library. [:P]
Thank you for your suggestion though. I truly appreciate it. It was worth a shot and I had hoped it would work.

Update:
The same thing is happening on my Windows computer. The free trial expired yesterday and the books are no longer usable.
Maybe something has gone awry with my account. I'll give it a few days and try again, I guess. If not, I'm hoping that doing a fresh install of Logos 10 might fix it.
Thanks again for your help and time.

Those are both interesting peices of information. 1) you have a second installation, which could be involved in this issue and 2) your subscription just ended.
If the command doesnt work late in the week, I'd call FL.
