Pastor Affiliate form gets no response. Any idea why?

I have started doing youtube videos using Logos and thought it might be nice to use those discount links other pastors use. So I filled out the form to be a pastor affiliate. Not really gonna be an income stream or anything but thought the discount might get more people into the software. I got no response.

I filled it out at lest twice more then sent an email to my sales rep that I buy all my resources through. He said I should be getting approved that day. Nothing.

To date I have filled out that form at least a half dozen times using different website links (that resolve to the same page) to see if thats the issue and still nothing.

I would not be so annoyed if I didn't see the ad for the program on my homescreen every time I open Logos. Anyone got any idea whats the deal?

Go to the source. Call customer service and ask. Sounds like there is a disconnect somewhere along the way.

    God's blessings to you.

Nevertheless, you should contact them again, by phone.

No, but it isn't uncommon. You spoke to one person who told you that "they" would be in contact. Who is "they." In defense of the FL employee, he or she probably thought that someone WOULD get back with you.

Also, if you are not aware, FL laid off a large number of employees recently.

If you want communication from FL directly, your best bet is always the phone.

This is definitely a pastors forum. I asked a simple question if anyone knew the reason for something. And I had people avoid the question and give advice I had not asked for. I just have to laugh.

Out of respect for the people I have called I did not include every contact with Logos. I asked a simple question hoping that Logos monitors these forums or someone knew something I didn't. The only real answer I have gotten so far is the first word of this reply. No. You don't know why.

If anyone does know why, please reply.

If anyone wants to give unsolicited advice on anything I did not ask about, feel free. I don't own the forum. And it is bringing a little humor to my day.

Now, Carl. You should follow your own advice ... read the question you wrote: you asked for ideas on 'the deal'. And so, the ideas poured forth. Actually, there's 2 benefits:

    - The unsatisfying ideas pop your post back to the top (for more unsatisfying ideas)

    - Your post is helpful to others, in need of affiliate program not working unsatisfying ideas

    Smiling.

I seems I have offended you by responding. Offense was certainly not my intention, and I apologize. It will not happen again.

I pray you find what you are in need of.

    God's blessings to you.

Should point out that this is user support, not official FL support. We are not employees, just other people like you.

You asked for guesses, and got them.

I have the emails of a few people I contact when I have questions. But I'm not about to give those out. Which leads us back to this:

    1. Try the form again - seems futile, but ymmv.

    2. Try calling. This is your best bet.

    3. Do nothing. Seems counter productive but its an option.

The most likely reason for the communication disconnect is a ton of employees being fired recently.

I am guessing they were busy with Logos 10 rolling out. They contacted me and I am good to go.
