Jonah through the Centuries, correct info?

I've not been aware of this "through the centuries" commentary series, but it looks quite interesting. However, the Jonah volume is listed for $84(!) on prepub, and 304 pages. Whereas on Amazon, it sells in hardcover and Kindle for $64, and 467 pages.

What's the disconnect?
