Good for you (probably?), but notes from another software won't sync to Logos - unless they get bought and a significant onboarding project delivers that as result. [;)]
EDIT: Regarding the Logos Android app, I have no idea if it takes time to sync down notes and highlights (could be) or whether it requires stable online connection to show them. You are not one of the few who stick to the old notes system, are you?
One thing that possibly could be: the notes and highlights are there, you just didn't turn on their display in the resource settings so you can't see them.

It shows no highlights, no notes or no community notes even though they are checked in settings.
