Additional Actions not working in MS Word since Windows 11 Upgrade - Logos 9

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 while running Logos 9, and the Additional Actions function for importing bible verses is no longer available. This is a massive time-saving feature I use multiple times a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"Additional Action function" ... what is that? of which software is this function a part (MS Word, Logos 9)?  Perhaps you can clarify your problem by providing details of what you are trying to do, how it worked before and what doesn't work now?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

The Smart Tags feature is deprecated (by Microsoft) and frequently is reported to have stopped working.

There was a long thread discussing this at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/199372.aspx (and there are others)

However, at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/199372/1209965.aspx#1209965 Dave reported that he had got it working again and noted the build he was using.

What versions of Logos, Windows 11 and Office do you have?

It is currently working with MS 365 Word version 2209 in Win11 version 21H2

Hi and thanks for the info. I'm using:

Logos Bible Software 9.16.0.0006

Windows 11 Home; Version 21H2; OS build 22000.978; Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.978.0

Microsoft Word for Microsoft 365 (Version 2209 Build 16.0.15629.20152) 64-bit

Thanks for your reply. I believe that is the same version of MS Word and Win 11 I am using (just posted my info in reply to another contributors question on this forum/issue.

Verbum 10** on Win 11 v.21H2, and it also works on

Logos 10 on Win 10 v.21H2,  Word v.2209

.

** on the Win 11 machine I also have Logos 9.17, so it was a question of which app registration "stuck".

Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "which app registration 'stuck' "? Do you mean you tried all three options listed until that one worked or they all work or something else?

Sorry, that was misleading.

Verbum and Logos are installed side-by-side. Smart Tags works in both Verbum 10 and Logos 9. If both are open, it will use which ever was first opened  e.g. for Open Bible, Passage Guide.
