Hear hear. I stumbled across it by accident in 2006. I had been looking for software that had the New American Bible. I found Libronix in an overstock bin, and I’d been usi it ever sense. But I was surprised to learn that they’ve been around much longer than that.

I had been given a logos floppy disk(!) a LONG time ago. Back in the dark days before windows 95. I came across it a few years back. I had forgotten. I really didn't rediscover it and start using it till Logos 2, and then Libronix. Libby made me quit using it till L4 came out. By which point i had finished bible college and was in seminary.

I've been thankful for Logos being there every step of the day, and thankful for a library thatgrew with me .

Comically, I used to think that Logos was far more expensive than other well-known biblical softwares—but, IMO, when you consider the monthly sales, free books (I’m a Faithlife Connect kinda’ feller🥴), high quality resources, seamless linking to other resources in your library, availability of Customer Service, etc. ad nauseum——ohhhh how wrong I was!

I rarely use anything else anymore....and kick myself all the time for not having it sooner (I still remember the days that I physically copied my resources for footnotes in journal papers🚶🏻‍♂️!).

I think it was in 2007 that I first installed Logos (or rather Libronix). I had bought a paper book that included the ebook edition on a cd-rom. I had been using BibleWorks for a few years but from that first time that I installed Logos I haven't looked back.
