Birthday Coupon isn't working.

Happy Lord's day. I just found out i had a birthday coupon for this month. However, the coupon actually does not work. I will contact support tomorrow in any case.
Does anyone else have the problem where you type in the code exactly but it takes off nothing from the price? Does anyone else have this issue?

Do you have more than one account? Make sure the email address the code was sent to is the same address you are trying to make the purchase.
