BUG: (maybe) Unexpected behavior in Quick Links

When I either right-click or use the panel menu on a Quick Link item, I would expect clicking outside the menu would close the menu. It does not. I have to click inside the Find box to close the open menu if I choose not to select one of the menu items.

Hi Doc B. This is the expected behavior, but we have plans to make this behavior better in the future. Thank you!

Hmn ... right click on any of my quick links pops up the menu, clicking outside the popup anywhere in the favorites panel (not just the find box) closes the popup. Thus it seems to work just as you expect

    Incorrect.

Clicking where the mouse is shown in the screenshot does not produce my expected behavior. Clicking outside a popup almost anywhere else in the program will close the popup.

Ali's answer was sufficient for now...I'll just need to be patient.
