I am a little confused. Can I add electronic books--Kindle books--to my logos library?
What level would I need to purchase?

Yes and No. You can add books (including electronic books) to the new "PrintLibrary" if they exist in Logos format (i.e. including Faithlife eBooks). This feature will allow you to see those books in your library and to search in those books. Despite the name, the PrintLibrary may be used for any books you like - digital or paper, your own or a library you have access to. I personally added printed and Kindle books I own and use mytags to differentiate between those.

From Ali's post here https://community.logos.com/forums/t/210357.aspx this is part of gold level (or a full feature set or a Faithlife Connect / Verbum Now subscription)

For clarification: The books do not get added to your logos library. They are added to what FL calls your "print library." There are two primary advantages and uses:
1. You can do a search and be reminded that one of your print books (or kindle books) has related content.
2. If you know you want to search a book you own elsewhere, you can search the book and find the page number (or other marker) so that you can review the material elsewhere (ie. in Kindle or in the Print Book).
This is a GREAT feature. It is not adding books owned elsewhere to your Library as regular Logos resoruces.

(1) If you have the "Print Library" feature in your Logos installation (available from Gold base package upward or Full Feature set), you can include Kindle books in that print library catalogue which allows including those books in Logos searches, but does NOT actually add these books to your Logos library.
(2) Actually adding Kindle books to your Logos library is possible via the "Personal Book Builder" tool (available in all base packages). However, PB tool requires that the books be available in Word docx format as source file to be compiled into a Logos Personal Book. Therefore, Kindle books would first need to be converted from the ebook format into the Word docx format (free file conversion tools are available on the internet.
For more info on PB tool, see the Logos Wiki page at https://wiki.logos.com/Personal_BooksWolfgang Schneider
