After I placed my initial order on the morning of the launch, I noticed some oddities with the way standard silver was displaying after the purchase. It was not showing owned as the other packages, but I figured it was just a glitch and it did correct shortly after.
I also had some concerns that the standard sliver package wasn't calculating dynamic pricing correctly, but I figured I would check with someone later on after the launch.
Last night, I received a $200 credit on my purchase after not having said anything to anyone, so not only did they catch the problem, but they went back and found people who had been negatively affected even if the individuals did not catch it themselves.
