Major Headache With Bilingual Packages

The bilingual packages (English/Spanish or Spanish/English) are NOT the same! I purchased Diamond Bilingual because I thought the content was the same as Diamante Bilingüe (after all it’s the literal translation for both) and it turns out that the resources are not the same as it used to be in the past.  Needles to say, I had to return it along with other stuff to try to repurchase and that went totally wrong!

This created several problems:

1. My payment plan was going to get readjusted and the system wanted to put me on a payment plan $40 dollars higher per month!

2.  Not only that, but the system wanted to charge me ANOTHER down payment!

3. In order to avoid the above, I ended up returning the entire order which I feel wasted my sales rep time and my time.

4.  And not only that, but the initial 30% off disappeared because I had already “used it!” Now the sales rep has to figure out how to apply that again (more wasting time for him and me as I’m still waiting for his call).

I don’t know what the rationale was behind changing things from the way they were before, but this change will create a lot of headaches and unnecessary work for sales reps and accounting team fixing the confusion! Diamond Bilingual means Diamante Bilingüe in Spanish but if the content is NOT the same, what’s the point of technically naming them both literally the SAME?

I believe a simple warning ⚠️ in DARK BOLD LETTERS stating that Bilingual Packages differ in Content from the ones in Español Bilingüe will be extremely helpful.

Please, don’t confuse people like that. Whoever came up with the idea should’ve thought about mentioning the differences between these 2 “Bilingual/Bilingüe” base packages!

I have corrected typos and edited this post a few times already and the poor sales rep is still working on trying to resolve this mess.  Yes, that means he hasn’t called me back yet.  I feel bad for the guy because I know that with better planning this whole fiasco could’ve been avoided.

Anyway, I’ll keep waiting for the call to come through.

Edit:  Ps. And did I mention that in spite of having bought Diamond Bilingual which supposedly included all the resources from lesser packages the website was still showing prices for those lesser packages? Anyway, still waiting for the phone call.

Another Edit:  Several minutes later……I finally got the call and, bless his heart, my sales rep is now waiting on accounting to sort things out on their end so a new order can be created and then the problem will hopefully be solved! 

Props to Sergio for his great customer service and for being patience with this scenario that created more work for him.  When things get resolved, he will email me.  That way I don’t have to be waiting for a phone call 👍😁👌 Nap time! 💤 😴
