That page, which talks of L9, also works for L10. The coupon code is in the exact same format as the L9 code given on that page.
You didn't get a free course... You paid for it. Did you redeem it?
If you purchase an L10 package with a "choose your course," you will get another course. There is a limit, however. If you purchase TWO packages, each which includes a course... you will only get one. You will get a discount on the other (Dynamic Pricing). There is also a deal which some users qualify for after purchasing L10 which allows you to pick two MORE courses for $100.
