Logos 10 working for Windows but not Mac

I have a windows desktop and Logos 10 is working fine.  I have the Bronze L10 package. 

However, when I use my mac laptop, it still looks like Logos 9- it downloaded all of the books and the info tab shows I have Logos 10- any ideas?

Probably not helpful, but when I first started Verbum 10, it looked like Verbum 9. I restarted it, and it became Verbum 10 visually.

What is the operating system on the Mac?

Unfortunately that operating system is not supported for L10. Upgrade your OS if you can.

As John mentions, L10 is not compatible with macOS 10.15. What specific Mac do you have? Is it capable of running a newer version of macOS? If not, you can still run L9 with your new purchases.
