LOGOS 10 BUG: Does not retrieve prior note for anchored link

I study books of the bible and have note links for anchored verses. In the web version it knows about the note file, but does not open it when clicking on the anchor to open the note. It instead opens a new note with the anchored verse linked.

Hi Joseph,

Sorry for the disruption this morning. Just want to clarify that I am following your issue correctly. I believe I am, but not sure I am able to replicate your issue. Apology for any over sight on your issue. Here's what is happening for me.

In a resource I highlighted text
Right clicked and chose 'take a note'
Wrote out a note and then chose `add anchor`
Went back to my resource and saw the anchor tag and left clicked on it
Opened up my notes panel and see my created note. (I think this is where we are getting different results)
