The Preaching Suite feature upgrade states that the Print Library is included. I confirmed this with Sales and then worked with support, but I do not have the Print Library feature. Anyone else have this issue?

Isn't licensing software great. Imagine you bought a car with AWD only to get home and realise that it's only FWD. You complain to the manufacturer and they're like "Oops. That model car doesn't come actually with AWD so we removed it from the description. Thanks for letting us know." rofl.
One of the reasons I'm always wary of Logos; the features and licensing is more convoluted than Microsoft.
Honestly, this wasn't a report. This was a request for help and now I understand Logos made a mistake. I have received a refund, but this was handled poorly. I called and spoke with three people this morning and spent over an hour troubleshooting. Sales, support, etc. all said I should have the feature. I understand mistakes are made, but regardless the speed improvements, I'm regretting the base package upgrade I made as well. But I'll stick with it.
This is a feature not a bug of Logos releases [:(]. You can pretty much guarantee that they will have lots of mistakes in their listings when they first release new versions, libraries, etc. For the edification of everyone it wasn't just the Print Library that was removed from this package. I have a screenshot of the original information. Here's the original listing where I've highlighted everything that was removed from Preaching Suite Standard:

As you said mistakes are made and the three people you spoke with could only work with the information in front of them, if it's listed in the system incorrectly, I wouldn't expect them to know that as they would not likely be the decision makers on purring together the 'bill of materials'.
