Selling or giving away a complete library

I've never thought about this until today. If I sell or give away my complete library, I know it doesn't include those resources that haven't been delivered yet, like owned pre-pubs. Those will still be added to my old account in the future, not forwarded to the new owner. My question is about all the things that are not books. Like Feature Sets, Datasets, the things that drive L 9, L 10, etc., the Logos engines. When someone buys or is given a complete library, do they have to purchase a Logos engine to make it work or is there something that comes with the purchase that lets it function?

when you sell or bequeath your full installation is your licenses which includes both software and resource licenses. You can, however, sell just the licenses to resources in which case the buyer must download/purchase the appropriate engine.
