Will the software update to Logos 10 if we have a subscription to Faithlife Connect Essentials?
Every other version updated for me, but so far not this version.

What specific operating system? What specific version of Logos are you running now? The answer to those questions may be your answer.

Mac 10.15.7 (Catalina) and Logos 9.17

Unfortunately Catalina is not supported by L10 can you update your OS?
