Factbook blue line not showing up

I am in dark mode... windows 11 L10....

I have all the "Factbook tags" checked... yet in my Bible... I don't see any  "blue underline" ... what am I missing?

I can move my mouse and click on some words and Factbook will pop up... but I thought I should be able to see some kind of blue underline under words that are Factbook tags... Maybe I am wrong? Yes No?
