Is starting a reading plan dependent on resource type

Hi there
I've noticed that the'start reading plan' menu option is available for some resource types, for instance in the screenshots you can see one resource has it and another doesn't. Is there a reason why I can't create a reading plan on a commentary?

Hi Paul. Reading Plans do not support commentaries.
