PB Builder issues in L10

Apple MacBook M1,  Logos L10

Getting errors rebuilding Personal Books,  happens with multiple Personal Books

I edit an existing Personal Book, rebuild it and I always get this error,  I tried removing the book from my Library and I am still getting this error after rebuilding the book again

I closed out logos and made sure all panels where closed, restarted Logos,,  same issue
