Parallel passages missing in Passage Guide

I just upgraded to Logos 10 Bronze since I already have a ton of books so just wanted the basic feature set upgrade. I have used Parallel passages with passage guide with all the prior version of Logos, but it seems to be greyed out in this version? Any clues?

Do you mean it's grayed out in the Add menu? That probably means it's already included somewhere in the Guide (you can only have one of these in a Guide). Have you checked through the entire Guide to see if that section is there?

No it is grey in the list to the left that you would normally open to see the references.

Some of the older Passage Guide segments turn gray rather than displaying "no results" when there are no results. What parallel passage resources (harmonies) do you have downloaded?
