"Popular quotes" doesn't seem to work in French sermon builder

"Popular quotes" doesn't seem to work in French sermon builder.  Is there a bug there or am I the problem?

EDIT: I apparently bought the "Logos 10 Gold library update" which doesn't include the features.  This explains that.  No more to say.
