Minimize/maximize/close not functional with multiple windows Mac

When using multiple windows in Mac (M1), the size control buttons have no effect when clicked on windows other than the main window.

These buttons don't do anything (this is not the main Logos window):

 

Also the WINDOW menu item has all the sizing options greyed out when a window other than the main is active:
