Logos 10 Mobile won't let me download my resources
I've made 2 previous posts about problems with Logos 10 on my cell phone and on my new tablet.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Logos 10 on the tablet. Now I only have 1 resource downloaded, and it won't let me download any of my other resources, it's telling me I don't own them, although it shows them in my library. It's also not syncing my layouts. Before the update to Logos 10, I had over 100 resources downloaded to this tablet. They were still there when the tablet first upgraded to Logos 10, but I couldn't access any of my other resources because Logos 10 wouldn't work with wifi on. Now after uninstalling and reinstalling, it appears I can access them with wifi on, but I can't download them.
I checked my cell phone and there too Logos 10 won't let me download more resources; it tells me I don't own them. I still have the downloaded resources I carried over from Logos 9.
What can I do? I don't have the expertise to reload Logos 9.
