Icons getting hidden if pane is too narrow

Here is my study layout. I like the info window included. Please note that the icons for the commentary, 3rd pane to the right, does not include parallel resources but does have the translate icon. I use the parallel resources icon often, but never the translate. Can we have that icon hidden so the parallel resources icon will show or some kind of drop down to get the hidden icons?

Here it is if I close the info window.

    Agree.

    Though I'd like to 'option' the resource factbook and translate both.  I refunded L10 and that got rid of the translate icon.
