REPOSTED TO MOBILE FORUM:

Maybe they do and I'm just not finding it, but the ability to quickly move forward or backward using the keyboard is a requisite of video players.

Also, is there no way to have the video play in the background while I read along with the text?

I am not seeing this as functionality either. I understand your pain point and have added it to the list of possible feature improvements.

Yes, when you initially click on the video to play, there will be two buttons in the top left corner. Click the one that has the arrow pointing downward. This will place the video in the bottom right corner, so you can scroll the text of the resource. You can even swipe the video to the right to hide it completely (but still listen) if you'd like. Thank you for these replies.

The more kb options the better, but the most important is the "5 seconds back" when clicking the left arrow. If you didn't hear what was said (missing the C/V, for instance), it is a huge and immediate help.
