Media Exporting for Sermons is worthless

I am a LONG time Logos user (since 2.0) and have primarily focused on writing and research. Recently, I decided to take the plunge and invest heavily in the sermon prep and media portions of Logos 10... Well, it's garbage... Unbelievably bad. The artwork is not usable in any kind of presentation software. (I do expect, perhaps, except for "Proclaim.")

However, I am willing to be corrected if someone can show me how to export a simple media file that I can use on a 4k screen at my church.

Larry, I hope I am understanding your post properly. There is substantial variance in the quality of the media images in my Logos Library. Some certainly are far too low in terms of resolution to be exported to a presentation, but others are of reasonable quality. Could you share a screen shot or two as examples of what your exported media is looking like in your presentation software?

If you could share the relevant steps of your media exporting workflow, that may help us, too.
