"Prefer These Resources"

Is there a way to mass delete resources from the "Prefer These Resources" list. I understand how to do it one by one, but would like to mass delete and start over

    I deleted all mine earlier this year, and then went back and redid my commentaries to match a lot of the best commentaries website. I had to do it one by one, but on a Mac I used Automator to record my action using the Watch Me Do command, copied and pasted it a bunch of times, then had it play back at 10x speed.
