Why is there such a huge price difference between Preaching Standard Suite (9) and Preaching Standard Suite 10?

You have PSS-9 and you're thinking of PSS-10 ... dynamic pricing?
Or
You don't have either one, but PSS-10 is more? Or less? The contents?

Because one of them contains more stuff that you don't own than does the other.
