I realise that I shall wish for the ground to open and swallow me up - but - Where has 'Program Settings' gone to?

Do you see the 3 vertical dots at the top right of the window? Click it - Program Settings is a menu entry there. It's always been there.
That, my friend, is the problem. The three dots symbol is not there any longer on the latest beta version. I have rebooted the computer and it still doesn't show.
I think perhaps this is a bug!

It is there for me. Is your toolbar on the top or on the left? It is on the toolbar.

I did say that I would probably wish for the ground to open and swallow me up. Yes, I had the toolbar on the left. I also had the taskbar set to autohide and, as soon as I pointed the mouse near the bottom of the screen it popped up and covered the three dots.
Thank you for your help, at least I now know my brain hasn't comletely given up on me.
